World Meadow Day

We are excited to have yellow rattle around the football pitch with the intention of creating meadow habitat in that area. And the orchard is home to Devil’s Bit Scabious, food plant of the Marsh fritillary butterfly. Wales has 40% of the UK’s meadows! That’s great, but meadows need our help. Only 3% of meadows remain, yet they support so much life. And they are beautiful too. Plant Life.org
