Volunteering in Kate’s Orchard

We invite you to join us to treat the Laurel stumps and rhododendron in Kate’s Orchard on Thursday, October 31st meeting in Ynys Newydd Car park at 2.00pm.

Laurel, if left unchecked, can become very invasive and result in significant loss of biodiversity.

Stout clothing, boots and gloves are required, but loppers, bow saws and equipment for using herbicides will be provided.

The session is being led by Kathryn (Swansea Council) and Enid (CVCP Biodiversity )
