Ten Tackle the River Path.

On this beautiful autumnal morning there was a great deal of activity on the River Path South of the Railway Inn.

As can be seen on the photo above, the path on the left side of the adit has always been a challenge to use due to it being narrow and steep. However, phase one of the improvement has now been completed and there are eight steps in place with steps further up planned for the new year. Thanks to Bob, Chris, Mark, Alan, Stuart, Gary and Nigel for their superb effort.

Further along the river path, on the other side of the river between Dipper and Kingfisher bridges, there has always been some muddy patches. Today, the other team of Barbara, Terrie and Jayne added lots more stones which should hopefully make this path more accessible. Again, many thanks to them.
