Kate’s Orchard

Last Saturday, a small team of our volunteers replaced sixteen trees in (our) Kate’s Orchard. The new trees are Welsh apples from a nursery called Applewise, just outside Ammanford. They specialise in growing these trees. Fortunately it was the one day that the sun shone! Another twelve trees need replacing and this will be done in the Autumn of 2021. The photos of this beautiful area are from earlier in the year.
