Extended Bridleway – May 2021

The Countryside Access Team have been busy extending the bridleway on the West side of the Valley. Photos show us starting our walk just North of the lake up towards Keeper’s Cottage, along the top path, down past the Diamond Jubilee Wood and back to the main spine path. Although it is a bit muddy in places, there is more work to be completed. Already it is a huge improvement on the much steeper route by the lake to the upper paths. Note the superb signs that are being erected throughout the Valley to enhance Access. Many thanks to all involved. You are doing a fantastic job! 👏👏👏
