Bridge Building 2 – July 2021

Bridge over the River Clyne…..Two up, one to go!

Although this bridge doesn’t go anywhere yet, when the final bridge is installed in September, it will improve the River Walk (South of the Railway Inn). At the moment due to the eroded bank, users have to negotiate a narrow, higher path, away from the river. These bridges will divert users to the other side of the river for about 100 metres, before re-joining the original path. Thanks to Chris Dale from the Countryside Access Team for his guidance and patience! Further thanks to all the volunteers who helped make this possible.
