Demoiselles and Dragonflies – July 2021

What glorious sightings and photos from Clyne Valley this morning. Enjoy the jewel-like colours of the demoiselles, and the way they flit and dance in the dappled light. Marvel at the golden-ringed dragonfly (the longest species to be found in Britain) and the female almost folded in half to lay her eggs. All these are being recorded with SEWBReC (South East Wales Biodiversity Records Centre).

Come along and see what you can find on the Bioblitz this Sunday (25th July)- get your tickets here https://tadornatours.co.uk/bioblitz/
