Adit Steps – phase two.

It was lovely to see the signs of Spring this morning and to see so many volunteers. They had the tasks of improving the Riverside path and adding to the steps built in November to the left of the adit – a challenging path as it has gradually worn away over the years making it quite steep and slippery. The steps will improve access to this area and beyond. The final phase to complete this will be in February.

Many thanks to our volunteers who give up their time to make these improvements. Special thanks today go to: Chris, Chris, Bob, Sue, Mike, Rhydian, Stuart, John, Alan and Nigel.

If you haven’t already looked at the walks available to download on this website, please go to ‘Get Involved’ then click on ‘Walking in Clyne’.

The walk featured below is part of four history trails. History Trail 1 includes the steps built today.
